Covering 50,000 sq. ft. across two units, our facility produces over 175,000 garments monthly. We continuously upgrade our equipment to stay ahead of market trends, ensuring we offer premium-quality apparel that caters to global markets.
Showroom
We have a meticulously organized showroom to work as an exclusive merchandise! It showcases and takes our clients on a journey through Trio Apparel World. It is made in a manner that allows our clients to understand the range of merchandise we possess as well as to understand the capabilities of Master Garments. We have on display a collection of garments that we have produced over years using varied fabrics of different colours and designs.
Sampling Section
We have a vast and well-organized sampling centre that plays a crucial role in transforming design sketches provided by our esteemed clients into actual products and plan for production. Equipped with specialized sewing machines, this unit can easily reproduce various designs according to international trends as specified by our client.
Fabric Checking & Cutting
Fabric inspection is an important aspect followed before garment manufacturing to ensure that the fabric used is with zero defect. Pattern pieces are laid and traced out on the fabric to be cut. Cutters guide electrically supported cutting machines around the perimeter of pattern pieces, cutting through the fabric stack. Absolute precision is ensured during every stage of garment manufacturing.
Sewing Section
Stitching is a crucial stage in the assembly of any garment. Our cutting-edge stitching facility spans a vast area, housing over 800 advanced machines, all expertly operated by a highly skilled and dedicated team of trained professionals for matchless Production, Planning, and Quality. We are a fully equipped production facility, supported by stringent quality control in the sewing section, ensuring to meet the quality standards set by our buyers.
Finishing & Packing
Our garment manufacturing company offers industry-leading finishing and packing services, including ironed garments, hanger packing, stand packing, flat packing, and crinkle packing. With a large production capacity, we ensure each garment is finished to perfection and packed efficiently for timely delivery.
